Hotel Geminis - Ciutadella (Menorca)

The staff was genuinely hospitable and attentive.

The seating in the reception area was hard and uncomfortable. I was also disappointed by the noise levels. The thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms to disrupt my stay. Adding to my frustration, the bar area felt cramped and uninviting, which deterred me from enjoying a drink after a long day.

The twin room I stayed in was spotless with balcony of the upper floors. Central heating, an iron and a work desk were standard, but I appreciated that. This hotel was set in a central area next to eating options as well as nearby beaches, where to find busses, and alternatives on Sunday when the busses did n't run as frequently.

The bed of mine was not so comfortable.

Both rooms we booked were ideal and spotless with internet, a single bed, balcony of the upper floors, no complains at all.

The welcoming atmosphere and the advice from the friendly staff about local spots enhanced our experience. Enjoying the pool during the late afternoon sun was a good way to unwind after exploring the city.

The owners? of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent being just a short walk to the centre and the waterfront. The hotel is not quite so convenient for the ferry port as a new port further from the centre has just opened.

It's location is perfect for a visit of the town (by foot). Good showers....lots of pressure and lots of hot water. Very basic hotel with all you need if you are planning to be out and about most of the time. Nice pool area )too cold to swim now, but probably quite a nice location during the summer.

The walls are very thin and you can hear much of what is going on in the room next to you. The beds need to be changed.....new mattresses and linen would be a nice touch. But still good value for the price you pay. Breakfast is very basic as well. Also there is no sign out front identifying the hotel.....it is on a very quiet street so a sign would help the weary traveller to identify the hotel.

The view from our triple room was amazing, and our kids loved the pool area.

My wife says that the meal options could use a bit more variety.

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean spacious rooms. Hotel is 5 minutes away from the centre of Ciutadella.

No carpets on the floors and thin walls so noisy neighbours can be a problem.

Very friendly and helpfull staff with good English but they will speak spanish if you prefer. Freshly made good Spanish breakfast. Good cental location for the city and bus station. Clean and pleasant.

No English language TV was available. Although only two upper floors the lack of a lift might cause a problem for those short of breath. Pool slightly small.

A hidden gem near the beach

Enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, complemented by warm service. The nearby beach, just a 5-minute walk, made for refreshing afternoon swims under the sun.

The bed was a little uncomfortable with a metal bar running through the middle. I wished for a cozier spot to relax after a long day's exploration.

We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful and always ready to help,great location in Ciutaella.

The rooms were clean, good location and price also the breakfast was decent although you have to ask for what you want it is not a buffet.

Totally recommend for a two-day stay

Cute staff, spacious room, the nearby beach, just a 5-minute walk, made our stay enjoyable while benefiting from the excellent wi-fi connection for planning our city explorations.
